Part Handover

You bring your part to us, or we come to your location and scan it on-site. Ideal for parts that can't be moved or when downtime needs to be kept to a minimum.

3D Scanning 

We capture the part's geometry using precision 3D scanning equipment, recording its true dimensions and surface detail.

Scanned Mesh Created

The raw scan data is cleaned, aligned, and processed into an accurate 3D mesh, creating a digital replica of your physical part.

Scanned Mesh to CAD Model (Optional)

Need to modify, repair, or redesign the part? We reverse engineer the mesh into a fully editable CAD model, ready for changes, new features, or manufacturing.
